We’re excited to announce we’ve signed a joint venture agreement through our wholly owned subsidiary Medtecs (Asia Pacific) Pte. Ltd. (“MAP”), with Hongray Group Co., Ltd. (“Hongray”). Together, we are setting up a joint venture company in Singapore to operate a nitrile glove manufacturing facility in Cambodia. By combining resources and expertise, we are building a more resilient PPE supply chain to better support the global market.
The glove facility, located in the Manhattan Special Economic Zone (MSEZ) is the first and currently the largest medical-grade nitrile glove manufacturing factory in Cambodia. As part of the expansion, we plan to add 8 new high-speed double-former dipping lines, bringing the total to 10 lines once completed. This will significantly boost production capacity and efficiency to meet the growing global demand for high-quality personal protective equipment (PPE).
But this partnership is about more than just equipment and output. It’s about two companies coming together to make a greater impact. Hongray brings over 30 years of glove manufacturing experience and a strong international sales network. We bring deep local knowledge and strong ties to Cambodia, along with a solid OEM manufacturing and operations system. Together, we are building a more flexible and resilient global supply chain that consistently delivers reliable, high-quality products to customers worldwide.
This joint venture was built on open conversations, mutual respect, and a shared vision for the future. We believe this collaboration will not only expand our capabilities and product range but also open new doors through Hongray’s global distribution network.
