Frequently Asked Questions
1. Thoroughly wash your hands and remove the mask. Ensure the nose clip is facing outward and covering your mouth and nose.
2. Place the ear loops over your ears.
3. Pinch the nose clip around your nose, creating a tight seal to ensure a snug fit between the mask and your nose and cheeks.
When you have breathing difficulties, or when the mask is soiled, distorted, or cannot effectively fit your face, please replace the mask immediately.
Face mask should be stored in a cool and shaded area, avoiding direct exposure to sunlight.
- Wash your hands before putting on or taking off a mask. Do not wear the mask to sleep.
- It is advised to wear the mask for no more than 8 hours. If you notice any unusual odors while breathing, replace it immediately.
- When removing the mask, avoid touching the outside of the mask with your hands or body to prevent infection.
- When disposing of the mask, fold it from the inside out, secure it with the ear loops, and then discard it in a trash bin to prevent environmental contamination.
